The purpose of Northshore Council PTSA is to promote leadership, teamwork, and support all local PTAs within the Northshore School District by serving as role models, providing resource materials, training & mentoring opportunities, and to act as an information conduit to and from local PTAs. View our goals here.
Hope you are joining us on Thursday, June 1st from 9:30am - 11:30am at McMenamins Anderson School in Haynes Hall (in Bothell). Congresswoman Suzan DelBene is our keynote speaker and we’ll enjoy music performed by the Inglemoor High School Chamber Orchestra. This is a district wide event that gives local PTAs the opportunity to treat their award winners (Golden Acorn, Outstanding Advocate, Lifetime Membership and Outstanding Educators) to a morning out among their peers and eat amazing food!
Make sure your PTA RSVPS and mails their check prior to the event.

Focus Day 2017 Was Amazing!
We had a GREAT turnout to Olympia for Focus Day from Northshore Council PTAs! Members attended the huge rally on the steps for equitable education funding, heard from the governor and the new superintendent of public instruction in the rotunda of the Capitol building, and met with many legislators.
Learn more about our legislative priorities here: http://www.wastatepta.org/advocacy/index.html
Hear WSPTA President Barbara Martin's speech here: https://m.facebook.com/story.php…
Bothell PTA leaders along with community leaders, met with Bothell City leaders to talk about future collaboration and partnerships. It was a positive morning with great ideas presented!
Northshore Council PTSA Is Year Round
Council does not stop because it is summer! Sherry Rudolph and Cindy Jensen represented Northshore PTSA Council at National PTA Convention in Orlando in June 2016 . 2017 National PTA Convention is in Las Vegas this year - learn more! They attended classes, general sessions and networking (just like at WSPTA). Here they are with their new PTA friends from Georgia and Tennessee, Summer continued with Kindergarten Teddy Bear Playdates for the Primary Center and we were busy helping PTAs revamp their membership form and getting ready to add more members (no pic).
Council Membership Goal: 8,000 (at 7,995)
Status of May 2017: 99.9%
