The Northshore School board is made up of five Board members who are elected at large for four-year terms on a staggered basis. The board is the policy-making body for the district and makes decisions regarding school district priorities, policies, personnel, textbooks, expenditures, and growth management. The Board adopts the annual budget and also proposes levy and bond issues for community consideration.

This November 2025, School Board Director positions 1, 4 and 5 will be up for election for terms ending in 2029.
