Platinum Level - 20% increase of the previous year's final paid membership number
Gold Level - 10% increase of the previous year's final paid membership number
Silver Level - 5% increase of the previous year's final paid membership number .
Bronze Level - 50% of the previous year's final paid membership entered by Sept. 30th

100% Teacher: presented to the local PTAs who enroll 100% of their school's teachers (see award for details)
100% Membership - local PTAs must apply and have one paid membership for every child enrolled
