Join Our Committees!

Be a part of Northshore Council's newest committees! We are searching for members to be a part of two new committees; one on Equity and the other on Mental Health. Read more about each of these new committees below and find out how you can get involved!

Northshore Council PTSA is seeking Committee Members to assist with completing an Equity Inventory of Northshore Council PTAs/PTSAs. The Equity Inventory is intended to help us understand how we're doing in terms of equity, diversity, and inclusion as well as to make a few workable recommendations for improvement to the Northshore Council PTSA Board. The total commitment is approximately 1 hour, and will involve ~30 minutes of independent work, as well as ~30-60 minutes of group work via ZOOM.

Northshore Council PTSA is forming a Mental Health Committee and we want you! 
We welcome all parents and guardians to join the conversation. The goal of the this committee is to promote mental health awareness and partner to bring relevant trainings, events, and resources to our community.  This is a new committee, so joining will help Council shape and create it. If you are interested in joining or learning more about the Mental Health Committee, please complete the Mental Health Committee Interest Form by February 26th, 2021.

We hope to have our first committee meeting in early March.
